Nathan joined Dobbin and Sullivan in 2026 and supports the Lease Advisory team with a strong background in valuation and commercial property analysis.
He has worked on a wide range of valuation instructions, including market value and investment appraisals, desktop and full‑inspection valuations, and valuation input for due diligence and acquisition work for a variety of clients.
Nathan achieved his AssocRICS qualification in 2025 and focuses on rent reviews, lease renewals and landlord and tenant advisory, producing clear, accurate valuation reports that support client decision‑making. His analytical approach, supported by a degree in Property Finance and Investment, adds value to the team.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys going to the gym, travelling, and is also a fan of West Ham United.
