As a Chartered Surveyor since 2007 and a Registered Valuer, Charles doesnโt just understand the numbers – he understands how they shape strategy.

And outside the office? Charles swaps spreadsheets for farmland, helping run his familyโs farm in the Peak District. He also raises money for childrenโs charities by hosting race nights in pubs and clubs – proving that grounded professionals donโt always stay in one lane.
